Q:   What if I've forgotten my password or can't find my registration email?

A:   Go to the event website: lgpro.hippomedia.net.au and click on "Lost your password"  at the bottom. Enter the email address you used to register and an email will be sent allowing you to reset your password.

Q:   What if I am still having problems accessing the conference platform?

A:   Email [email protected] or call 9268 6400.

Q:   Can I watch back all the content program at a later stage?

A:   Yes, if you have purchased a full, 3 day conference package, the content will be available to watch back at any stage via the virtual conference platform. Access will be via your unique login used to access the live conference content.

Q:   Can I share my login details on to my colleagues so they can access the conference program?

A:  As a non-profit member association, the annual conference is the most important event of LGPro’s calendar, underpinning our ability to deliver high quality programs and services to our members. It is important to note that registrations for the conference are assigned to individuals, and sharing of logins is not permitted.

Q:   I still want to register, have I missed the cut off?

A:   Online registrations are now closed. To enquire about late registrations please email [email protected]

Q:   My council was nominated for the Awards for Excellence. How can I watch the live event recording?

A:   The Awards for Excellence awards ceremony will be streamed at 6.00pm on Thursday 25 February. If you registered for a full 3 day conference package, you will automatically have access via the virtual conference platform. If not, please click here for further information.
