Summer is here, which means Midsumma, and the annual LGBTIQA+ Pride March is just around the corner.
Celebrating community, equality and representation, Pride March embodies all the values that LGPro advocate all year round. And to be truly welcoming and inclusive organisation, we can’t just talk the talk, we need to walk the walk. LGPro is a proud supporter of Pride March and in 2024 we are marching again in support of our LGBTIQA+ Local Government members, family, friends and wider community.
We’d love for you to join us on Sunday 4 February 2024 and show your Pride, because we can’t do it alone! Whether an ally or member of the community, now is a great time to get on board and show your support. We invite everyone to join LGPro in raising the banner of support for our diverse gender and sexuality communities in Local Government. If you would like to join us in marching under the LGPro banner at the 2024 Pride March, please register by COB Thursday 1 February.
