Ruth McGowan is a gender equality expert within the local government sector and is well-known as an advocate for women in politics. She authored the Victorian Government’s  Best Practice Guide for Gender Equity in Local Government and wrote the political campaign guide Get Elected.

Samantha is Deputy Co-Convenor and a Committee Member of the Russell Kennedy Women’s Network and Special Counsel in the Property & Development Team at Russell Kennedy. In her role on the RKWN, Samantha works to connect, develop and empower women within the firm, the legal profession and the community.
