Participant Testimonial

Miho Portelli
Sustainability Officer
Whitehorse City Council

"I greatly benefited by my Mentor openly shared her learnings and experiences. Professionally, she provided me with alternative skills and tools to better communicate and collaborate with my colleagues, time manage and prioritise, as well as to influence change.  Personally, she guided me to seek opportunities to increase my self-awareness and understand my triggers. Overall the experience has provided me with the confidence to be challenged and actively seek opportunities to progress both my personal and career outlook."
