For Mentees

Mentees have the opportunity to manage their professional development in a ‘safe place’ where they can gain independent, objective perspectives from Mentors who have already walked the path they are now on.

In addition, Mentees are able to enhance their knowledge, skills and confidence so they are better equipped to deal with the future challenges of Local Government.

Eligibility

To be eligible to become a Mentee, you are required to:

Be currently working in Local Government in Victoria
Have support and sign off by your Human Resource/Organisational Development Manager or Director and the person you report directly to
Be prepared to enter into a partnership agreement and to honour the work plan established with your Mentor
Have a commitment to uphold the confidentiality of your Mentor
Be avaiable and prepared to actively participate in the Mentee orientation and all program debrief sessions

Non-Member: $800 incl. GST
Member: $600 incl. GST

Medium Council

Non-Member: $1,000 incl. GST
Member: $700 incl. GST

Large Council

Non-Member: $1,315 incl. GST
Member: $910 incl. GST

Member prices are valid for the following individual LGPro Memberships: LGPro Fellow, Professional & Young Professional Members. Member pricing is not valid for Council Subscriptions.
