Dr. Lindy Amos

Dr Lindy Amos is an inspiring and sought after facilitator, consultant and coach.
Having been at the forefront of her field since 2005, her company, Collective Possibilities works with individuals and teams to catalyze change, engage hearts and minds and strengthen strategic capability.
An accredited IAP2 facilitator, Lindy has faciliated organisational strategy, community development and social planning and policy workshops and solutions to leaders, teams and communities across Australia.
Specializing in local government and public sector leadership development and team coaching, Lindy has worked with CEO's, Councillors, Department Secretaries, Executive Directors, Managers and Staff delivering 1000's of workshops in Australia and internationally, and over 1700 hours of individual coaching. Lindy's innovative research focuses on busting myths about leadership and explores vulnerability as an effective systemic motivator of courage and compassion in organisations.
Prior to establishing Collective Possibilities, Lindy held management and consulting roles in local government with a people, change and strategic planning focus.
Peter Canny
Peter Canny is a Facilitator, Trainer & Coach with particular expertise in the area of leadership & team development. Peter is dedicated to developing holistic leaders who are equipped to handle the complexity of their role and are mindful of the impact of their own state of mind and behaviours.
Critically aware that knowledge is significant capital to organisations today, Peter works with a focus on developing, sharing and eliciting knowledge in a way that builds personal and organisational effectiveness. He uses an integrated approach to adult learning which ensures the values and outcomes for all stakeholders are aligned and embedded in programs that are contextualised, relevant and stimulating.
His formal qualifications include Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development (Monash University); Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment Systems; Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; Certificate IV Transport & Distribution (warehousing); and Six Hats Thinking Method from the Edward De Bono Institute. Peter has trained in performance and transpersonal coaching with Sir John Whitmore, is accredited in Spiral Dynamics integral® (SDi®) Level 2 and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Steps I & II. He has trained in elite facilitation under Dr Stephanie Burns and Theory U with Otto Scharmer; as well as completing Search Inside Yourself, Google’s in-house Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence program. Peter completed the Society for Organization Learning, Foundations for Leadership program with Peter Senge in 2017. In 2019 he participated in Ontological Coaching training with Alan Seiler.
Peter is an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
