What is the difference between Council Subscription and Individual Membership?

Council Subscription covers your Council as an organisation and the benefits relate to the Council. Individual Membership (i.e. Fellow, Professional, Young Professional and WebinarHQ) is for staff working in Local Government and offers discounts on a range of events and professional development programs and activities. Please note, that Individual Membership benefits vary depending on the membership type. Furthermore, you cannot access Individual Member discounts to programs, events and conferences using your organisation's Council Subscription. 

Can I find my Member or event registration invoice online?


Yes, to do this 'Sign In' (top right of screen), go to your 'My Account' you will find your invoice and receipts in your profile/account. Should you have difficulties logging on please contact our office on (03) 9268 6400.
 

How do I pay for my membership?


You can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by EFT. Please note that memberships will not be activated until payment has been received.
 

I have not been receiving LGPro e-newsletter or Profile magazine. What should I do?
