About the award

The Customer Impact Award recognises the individuals or teams that develop and implement innovations that deliver more engaging, meaningful, and relevant customer experiences.

The award intends to promote innovation and leadership in the provision of customer experiences while encouraging end-to-end thinking of service design and delivery from the customer lens.

The 2024 winner was announced at the LGPro Annual Conference held at the MCG in Melbourne on Wednesday 1 May 2024.
