About the award
The Customer Impact Award recognises the individuals or teams that develop and implement innovations that deliver more engaging, meaningful, and relevant customer experiences.
The award intends to promote innovation and leadership in the provision of customer experiences while encouraging end-to-end thinking of service design and delivery from the customer lens.
Nominations are now open and will close on Friday 1 March 2024.

The 2024 winner will be announced at the 2024 LGPro Annual Conference to be held at the MCG in Melbourne on Wednesday 1 May 2024.
