Full Conference Package
This includes:
• All conference sessions on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 February
• Conference Dinner at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday 20 February, 6.30pm for 7pm start
• The Welcome Event at The Common Man on Wednesday 19 February, 5.30pm-7.30pm
Wednesday half day workshops
This includes attendance at one of the Wednesday workshops.
Thursday full day conference package
This includes all sessions on Thursday 20 February but not the Annual Conference Dinner.
Registration can be only be completed online and will close on Wednesday 12 February 2020.

Tickets for accompanying persons
Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased for the Conference Dinner by completing the Accompanying Persons section online.
Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of 10% will be deducted from any refund due to cancellation prior to 6 February 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations from 12 February 2020. All cancellations must be emailed to
[email protected]. We reserve the right to defer, amend or cancel the program.

Annual Conference Dinner - Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Convention Place, South Wharf on Thursday 20 February 2020 at 7pm.
Welcome Event at The Common Man - The Welcome Event will be held on Wednesday 19 February 2020 from 5.30pm-7.30pm.
Dress Code - Dress for conference sessions and the Welcome Event is smart casual and the Conference Dinner is business attire or formal if you desire.
Sponsors and Exhibitors - The Principal Sponsor and Major Sponsors and Exhibitors, who are all LGPro Corporate Partners, will have exhibition space
in the room where all food and refreshments for the delegates will be served. All delegates are encouraged to visit the sponsors and exhibitors at their stands.
Special Requirements - Delegates with specific dietary or access requirements are asked to advise us of their requirements when registering for the conference online. Where possible, all necessary arrangements will be made to cater for delegate needs. Bookings for the dinner must be fully completed by Wednesday 12 February 2020.

Will I get a confirmation?
Once you have completed your payment by credit card or by providing a purchase order, submit your order. An order confirmation will appear on screen. At the bottom right of the screen you will see that a confirmation is being sent. You now have the option of emailing another copy to someone in your organisation. You will find a copy of the invoice/receipt in your account under invoices.
How do I pay?
To ensure your registration is successful please provide credit card details or a purchase order on completion of payment.
Do I need to bring anything with me to prove that I have registered and paid?
When you register online our system will update with your conference registration. LGPro will also receive a notification that you have registered. When you arrive at the conference registration desk we have you on record.
