The Customer Experience Special Interest Group is the network for local government officers building stronger customer experiences and championing human-centred design.
The Customer Experience Special Interest Group focuses on developing a deeper understanding of CX and HCD by sharing and learning from one another, aiming to build a strong CX culture across all local governments to strengthen trust and overall customer satisfaction with Councils.
This network is focused on placing the sector at the forefront of optimising CX and leading a customer-first culture. The group's purpose is to:
Build a network of CX professionals in the local government sector
Share with, learn from, and support each other
Uplift CX capability and maturity in the local government sector
Special Interest Groups are open only to employees of Victorian local governments with an LGPro Council Subscription.
