
Whitehorse City Council's Annie Liu has been awarded the 2025 Sally Isaac Award.
The Advocacy Advisor was awarded at LGPro's Women's Network Dinner in Melbourne on 23 October.
From a cohort of more than 20 nominees, the judges also awarded two high commendations to Yarra Ranges Council's Climate Action Coordinator, Amy Gregorovich and Nagle College Bairnsdale teacher and nutritionist, Selina Lancaster.
The Sally Isaac Memorial Scholarship Award fosters the professional development of emerging female leaders who commit themselves to the improvement of their communities and those they serve through a $10,000 educational scholarship.
The award is open each year to women 35 years and under who have demonstrated achievement and commitment to improving community life in Victoria.
