LGPro today revealed new research into the future of the Victorian local government workforce. 

LGPro President Sue Wilkinson launched the association’s report into Victoria’s Future Local Government Workforce at the LGPro Women’s Forum in Melbourne. 

The report offers 76 pages of analysis detailing recent trends, key drivers of future need, and recommendations for how the sector can create a future-fit Victorian local government workforce. 

“That future of our workforce is important – but it’s also uncertain. LGPro is investing in a clearer path to a future-fit workforce,” said Sue Wilkinson during the opening of the conference.
