A broad-based Certificate IV program aimed at risk management and business continuity professionals or those aspiring to fill these roles, this course will broaden participants’ risk management qualifications with the skills necessary to manage risk in any context.

The program is fully accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

The Certificate IV in Risk Management Essentials is made up of six core units:

    BSBPMG429 Apply project stakeholder engagement techniques 
    BSBOPS403 Identify risk and apply risk management processes
    BSBXTW401 Lead and facilitate a team
    PSPGEN027 Gather and analyse information
    NAT10862001 Design and implement a plan for the integration of risk management principles into a business unit
    NAT10862002 Respond to the findings of a risk management audit

A broad-based Diploma program aimed at risk management and business continuity professionals or those aspiring to fill these roles, this course will broaden participants’ risk management qualifications with the skills necessary to manage risk in any context.

The program is fully accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

The Diploma of Risk Management and Business Continuity is made up of 11 core units:

Rod Farrar | Principal of Paladin Risk Management Services

Rod Farrar is the principal of Paladin Risk Management Services and will be delivering your course. Rod is an accomplished risk consultant with extensive experience in the delivery of professional consultancy services to Government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

Rod’s Risk Management expertise is highly sought after as is the insight he provides in his risk management training and workshop facilitation. Rod was recognised by the Risk Management Institution of Australia as the 2016 Risk Consultant of the Year and one of the first five Certified Chief Risk Officers in Australasia.
 
Rod has written three eBooks, including the highly acclaimed Revolution de Risque – Challenging the Traditional way we Manage Risk. He has also spoken at conferences both in Australia and abroad.

Rod is passionate about risk management and the benefits it can bring to an organisation and he brings this passion to his training.

    Cancellation Policy: LGPro is a member, not for profit association and all money generated is used to develop quality professional development activities and services. Our events and programs are budgeted on a minimum number of attendees so providing us with sufficient notice regarding non-attendance is imperative to the success of all our events. Where a substitute delegate cannot be appointed, the following will apply for any cancellations:

    • 7+ days prior the workshop: full refund and/or transfer available
    • 6 days prior the workshop: no refund available, however substitute participants are welcome.
    A substitute delegate is encouraged to attend in place of a cancellation.

    All cancellations and substitutes must be received in writing by LGPro.
