About the workshop


Our Good Decision Making workshop demonstrates how decision making processes can 'make or break' Councils. If instituted well, these processes provide strategic focus and reflect clear accountabilities. When these processes fail, the organisation and its people are exposed to a myriad of reputational, financial and occupational health and safety risks.

This full day workshop targets people working in Local Government who are not specialist governance staff but whose roles require them to have a clear understanding of the governance context and arrangements. 

It is designed to help participants better understand and articulate appropriate decision making models for Local Government.
