Due to the impact of the pandemic and the State Government’s mandated prohibition of large gatherings, the Women’s Dinner and Sally Isaac Award ceremony has been postponed to June 2021. Further information to follow in the New Year.
About the dinner
The Women's Network Dinner is a popular event on the Local Government calendar and provides a great opportunity for women and men working at all levels to expand their networks and share ideas with colleagues in the sector.
The dinner follows on from the Women's Professional Development Forum which celebrates the achievements of women in Local Government. Many Councils take the opportunity to book a full table at the dinner as reward and recognition for their staff.
Each year, a leading female thought leader or an advocate for women's issues addresses the dinner. The Sally Isaac Memorial Scholarship Fund Award recipient is also announced on the night.
