Facilitated discussion: Leading and navigating uncertainty in a post-election environment.
If 2020 has shown us anything, it’s that nothing is certain. What happens if the CEO does not keep their job post-election? Directing a team while navigating uncertainty in a post-election environment presents challenges you should be prepared for.
This discussion will investigate what to expect and watch out for, including the importance of leading in times of change, the psychology of uncertainty – what effect it has on individuals and organisations - using your political nous and the importance of influencing outcomes.
