Full Conference Package 
This includes: 
All conference sessions on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 February.
Conference Dinner at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday 21 February at 6.20pm for 6.50pm start.
The Welcome Reception at The Common Man on Wednesday 20 February. 

Wednesday half day workshop sessions - priority areas of work for the sector
This includes attendance at one of the Wednesday workshops and the Welcome Reception

Thursday sessions conference package
This includes all sessions on Thursday 21 February including the Feature Session but not the Annual Conference Dinner.

Private sector organisations are not able to purchase delegate places for this conference unless they are LGPro Corporate Partner.

Delegates are encouraged to register online to reduce paper wastage and administration costs.

I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link beneath the Sign In button and follow the prompts. We have a short video to demonstrate how to retrieve your username and password. Click here to view.

*It is important that you do not create a new account for yourself if you have forgotten your password. Please call the office if you have trouble creating a new password 9268 6400.


Can I register someone else?
To register someone else go to the Annual Conference page and click on the Register Online portal. Sign in with your LGPro login details and click on ‘Register Some Else’. At this point you will have the option of a drop down list providing you with members of your Council which are on our data base. Please check here first before you create a new profile for someone. If you need to create a new user please fill in all of the fields, save and close. Once you have selected your colleague or made a new profile you will see their name appear highlighted under ‘registrants’ next to your name. From here you can proceed to make the conference selections and then go to checkout and complete your order.

Will I get a confirmation?
Once you have completed your payment by credit card or by providing a purchase order, submit your order. An order confirmation will appear on screen. At the bottom right of the screen you will see that a confirmation is being sent. You now have the option of emailing another copy to someone in your organisation. You will find a copy of the invoice/receipt in your account under invoices.


How do I pay?
To ensure your registration is successful please provide credit card details or a purchase order on completion of payment.


Do I need to bring anything with me to prove that I have registered and paid?

When you register online our system will update with your conference registration. LGPro will also receive a notification that you have registered. When you arrive at the conference registration desk we have you on record and you will receive a nametag. This your ticket.
