The Victorian Assessment Officers SIG provides members with the opportunity to discuss policy, keep up to date with current issues, learn from the diversity of service delivery across the various Councils and Shires; gain knowledge and provoke thinking on other service options through guest speakers, and to network within their chosen field.

The SIG in conjunction with the Aged & Disability Services Special Interest Group also hosts an Annual Seminar, held in the 3rd quarter which is of significant value to people in Local Government with an interest in aged and disability services.
