About the SIG

This SIG has a strategic focus, including volunteer management and mentoring. It aims to influence volunteering policy and practice through ongoing dialogue with the State Government and appropriate agencies, to address specific volunteering issues and to showcase successful programs. Cross-disciplinary meetings and/or workshops, may be held in partnership with other SIGs, on matters relating to volunteering.

Who Should Attend

Local Government professionals, who are working within, or have responsibility for, the planning and delivery of volunteering activities.
