(I have booked the Portico Room in Melbourne Town Hall (Level 2) for our meeting on Thursday 15 March.  People will need to come through the administration entrance of Town Hall (via Swanston Street), go to the Security Desk and recieve a visitors pass before they can go through.  If you are able to give me a list of the RSVP's or those who may attend, I can give the names to security prior to the meeting to speed up things.  Light lunch will be provided.)
