Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to confirm details regarding the Presentation and Debrief sessions:

Presentation
Following your presentation at 2.40pm, please remain on the stage (stage left). You will be joined by Helen Anstis (2004 Graduate and session Chair), Gavin Cator (CEO Moira & ELP Committee Convenor) and John Bennie (CEO Gtr. Dandenong & LGPro President) for the awarding of certificates. Gavin and John will present each of you with your certificate. Once recieved, please exit the stage (stage right) and take any reserved seat in the first two rows.

Following the conference close, our photographer will require you all back on stage for some group shots.

Presentation Debrief Session
Friday 16 February 4.00pm - 5.00pm
After the conference close and photographs, we will make our way to Yarra Room 1 (I will direct you) for a celebratory debrief session. Drinks and finger food to be served. This session will be approx 1 hour.

ELP Program Debrief Lunch or Dinner
The original date of 22 Feb isnt suitable for some of you. As we really want all of you (or as many as possible) free for this, lets arrange a suitable date when everyone is together for the dress rehearsal on Wednesday. Please bring your diaries.

I will be at Melbourne Park from 2.00pm on Wednesday and have arrnaged for the AV team to also be present for the rehearsal.

See you all then.

Tony

Hi Everyone

Firstly Happy New Year to you all!

Secondly, Ive received several queries relating to your attendence at the conference and thought i would respond to the group:

If you are just looking to attend the conference for the Friday afternoon module (i.e. your ELP presentation followed by the Jason Clarke session afterwards) then, off course, there is no cost for attendance.
However if you are looking to attend other modules of the conference (i.e. on the Thursday, the Welcome Dinner or the Conference Dinner or the Friday morning module) then the costs that will apply are as per the LGPro member rate (you are all current LGPro members up to June 30 2007). A copy of the program and registration brochure is available on the LGPro website at:

www.lgpro.com/events

Finally, the ELP Forum on the LGPro website will continue to be available to you all to use up to Tuesday 20 Febuary; afterwhich you will all transfer over to the LGPro ELP Graduates Forum. More information will follow regarding the Graduates Network at our program debrief (and more information regarding this lunch debrief will follow over the next few weeks)

Tony
ps; By the way i took a sneak peak at the webpage and i think it looks terrific Very Happy

Good morning Emerging Leaders,

Just wondering what the status of the final report is?

The presentation group are going to start writing the script for the presentation, and would like to ensure that we're consistent with the report.

A quick update would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Everyone,
I have checked the availability of the Oakleigh training centre. It is available on Thursday 1st of Februaray. (Friday 2nd is booked but we may be able to move that booking). I need to check if Monash will pay for catering. I assume we will need the centre for the whole day. I will make the booking this Friday, so let me know ASAP if there are any objections.

Good morning,

Just a quick note about our Thursday morning ELP session at the City of Melbourne.

As per the agenda the morning has been allocated to work on our report/presentation; and each group will be meeting seperately in the morning.

At 11.30am we will all come together to update each other on where we are up to and what we require (if anything) from each other.

Please give me a call if you would like to clarify the arrangements.

Lillian

Hello fellow ELPers,

I have spoken with Tony and LG Pro have kindly agreed to extend the deadline for the final report website from Dec 31 to Monday 15 January 2007.

With work and other pressures in the last couple of weeks, this would allow more review time for you in the group to review the website (once published in a draft form).

I return to Melbourne on Dec 15 and will pull out all stops to get the website to a review stage as early as possible.

My thanks to Tony and David for their understanding.

Michael

Hi Everyone,

Please find a revised program for our final session of the program, on Thursday 16 November.

The morning for the day is dedicated to the group project activity. The room allocation is the same for the entire day and security passes have been arranged for you all at the reception desk.

The session program will then commence with lunch at midday.

I will arrive at 11.30am, so I can assist with any queries relating to the project or presentation. If you would like me there any earlier, please let me know.

Please find attached the final paper for the Leadership component of our group presentation.

You will notice that we have left the questionaire responses as raw data, as we are not sure what the approach for incorporating the responses into the final overall report will be.

Please let us know if we need to do anything more with this report.

Thanks,

Dear All,

There seems to be some confusion as to whether the group is meeting tomorrow.

The presentation group have agreed to meet to discuss where to from here without Lucilla. Any members of the report group are welcome to come along if they wish.

Rosa has kindly made the following arrangements:

Where: Room 4 at Maroondah City Council (corner of Maroondah Highway and Braeside Avenue, Ringwood)

It is effectively the same address as for the Karralyka Centre (where session 9 is being held) except that the council offices are next door.

When & Time: Wednesday 11 October 2006 - booked from 2.30pm to 5.00pm. When you arrive (or whoever arrives first), ask for Margot Bell, who will meet you and direct you to the room.

Regards,
Martina

Hello All,

Just a friendly reminder that the whole group agreed NOT to meet next Wednesday 11 October to work on the group project.

It was agreed that each group Report/Presentation groups would organise their own meeting if required and that they would also need to organise the venue.

See you all next week,

Good morning,

Just to let you all know that at the last group project meeting (the day before our workshop) in September, those present at the meeting agreed that we would NOT meet as a whole group the day before our next Workshop in October.

If the Presentation/Report Group choose to meet it will be the responsibility of that group to coordinate.

Hi All,

I mentioned in the Bendigo session that I would let you all know of your time allocation for the ELP group presentation at the Annual Conference.

At this stage, we have an hour dedicated for this purpose from 2.30pm to 3.30pm on Friday 16 February 2007. This time would normally provide for a 45 minute presentation and 15 minute audience questions.

The conference then closes at 4.00pm following the announcement of the 2007 program participants.

I hope this helps.
