WHEN REAL LIFE GETS IN THE WAY OF IDEAL CHOICES

Wednesday 24 February 11:20am

Local Government decision-makers face increasingly complex challenges and the expectation that they act with integrity and deliver results has never been greater.  How can we ensure that we make the best possible judgements based on ethical thinking and critical reasoning?

Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership aims to build better organisations and stronger communities by strengthening wisdom and courage in leadership.  Join Cranlana’s lead moderator, Peter Mares, for an interactive, virtual round table exploring ethical scenarios of direct relevance to the sector.

LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK?
Thursday 25 February 2:30pm

Are you one of those folks hoping 2021 will be a return to normal, a rewind to BAU, a replay of life be before COVID? Or do you want to take the challenges and lessons of 2020 to rethink, reimagine and maybe even reinvent what you do... and why?

Minds at Work invite you to indulge in a little 2020 Hindsight; to consider what a Global Pandemic has done to age-old assumptions about life and work and explore the possibilities of happier, smarter and more meaningful approaches to both.

Let’s take our fingers off the pause button for a moment and see what happens when we hit fast forward.
