Overview

Building on the tools and skills developed through LGPro Ignite, the ‘Igniting Others’ program takes the next step in team building, focusing on problem solving and innovation as an opportunity for building high performing, collaborative teams. The 2.5 day program will comprise an overnight residential with a series of practical workshops. A range of tools, reflection points, expert input and action learning activities are employed in order for participants to explore and challenge their own mindset and methodologies.

Note: This program is open to all local government officers, not just those who have completed the Ignite Program.
