Program Structure - You, Your Team, Your Organisation

The LGPro Ignite program is composed of five full day workshop delivered over a four to five month period. Workshops are interconnected with one-on-one coaching sessions to reinforce learning on the job and experiential learning activities including structured workplace ‘chats’ with participant’s managers.
